Best rugby memory: England winning World Cup 22 Nov 2003 - was also wife's 40th but that came 2nd.

Worst rugby memory: snapping my ACL when 22.

Funniest rugby memory: snapping my achilles playing for Wensleydale on tour to Hull when 46, what was I thinking.

Biggest influence: Big Dave Irvine. "Rugby is so simple it hurts"
